Caitlin and Scott got married on a most perfect day – it wasn’t too hot or too cold, too rainy or too sunny. It was simply beautiful! Their ceremony took place at Shrine of The Most Blessed Sacrament in Washington DC.
Caitlin was such a stunning bride. The moment she walked down the aisle with her sentimental father she took everyone’s breath away.
In addition to the traditional “something blue”, bridesmaids wore navy blue dresses and groomsmen had blue ties. It looked very elegant and tasteful.
Caitlin couldn’t stop giggling happily during the family formals.
But perhaps the best moment of the whole day was when the newlyweds had some time to themselves at Chevy Chase circle. Here they are, calling each other husband and wife for the first time.
The reception took place at Double Tree in Bethesda. Blue accents prevailed everywhere from the wedding party table to the magical looking cake by Creative Cakes.
It was obvious just how in love these two are by the way they danced.
I wish newlyweds to slow-dance and serenade each other with just as much love and devotion on their golden anniversary.
Love the images and Loved the Church!!!
