Rebecca and Philip met at Carluccios for their fateful first date. It started out as a quick coffee and turned into brunch and then into another date and soon enough they were inseparable. They are both big fans of Japanese culture and wabi-sabi, so it’s not a coincidence that their love story began during the cherry blossom festival and their proposal took place at Aki Matsuri. They strolled through bonsai gardens, listened to koto music and had saki tastings, and Philip asked Rebecca to marry him with a special haiku. We revisited some of their favorite Old Town locations on their engagement session and it was so much fun to get to know them better before their big day in just three short weeks!
