Shennah and Matt’s rustic-romantic wedding took place at Historic Rockland Estate in Leesburg, Virginia. Beautiful accents of slate blue and silver were incorporated in everything from the gorgeous ceremony arch to the table linen at their reception tent. Their family and friends gathered in the garden overlooking a vast field to see Shennah and Matt tie the knot. One after another, parents, groomsmen and bridesmaids made their appearance and when everyone got up to see Shennah walking down the path to the ceremony site, I took a peek at Matt and he looked so in love and in awe of his wife to be. It took many intricate events, adventures and trips to get them from their “just friends” days in Tampa to this very moment, when they joined hands in marriage in Matt’s hometown. Their cerebration continued with delicious southern food, dancing and even a surprise birthday cake for one of Shennah’s bridesmaids, her uncle and the owner of the venue!
