Carly and John knew of each other throughout high school as they attended rival schools and when they finally officially met during junior year of college it was love at first sight! They enjoy country concerts with friends in the summer, going to the beach and to horse shows, snuggling with their adorable 3 year old black lab. As a surprise to Carly, John got all of her high school friends and both little sisters to come to a Jason Aldean concert (Carly’s favorite artist). Once the tailgate got started and everyone was gathered, he brought Carly up into the bed of her truck and said a few words to the group before turning to Carly to get down on one knee… She said YES! Congrats to Carly and John! We did their engagement session at Greenhill Winery in Middleburg, Virginia. They forecast called for rain but we got lucky and ended up shooting on a beautiful cloudy day.
