Nicolette and Martin met at his sister’s wedding and sitting across from each other they couldn’t help but notice sparks flying across the table.
Just like Cinderella at a magical ball, Nicolette left that evening without leaving her phone number, but Martin found the beautiful stranger and they were inseparable since then.
The morning of their wedding, it was pouring rain in Virginia, so while the bride worried the weather wouldn’t cooperate, it eventually did in the best of ways making for a peaceful and glorious ceremony.
A girl after my own heart, Nicolette paid extra attention to all her wedding details to ensure they were a reflection of their love and personalized every step of the way…
Nicolette looked gorgeous in her BDLH dress and sparkly shoes, but it wasn’t until her mom helped her put her veil on that the emotion came over her.
The bride and groom decided to do the “first touch” instead of the “first look” and it was humbling to see all the excitement and anticipation on their faces. They just couldn’t wait to be married to each other!
Their vintage, outdoor wedding at The Rust Manor House was infused with lots of glamour and simple elegance.
After a heartwarming and perfect wedding ceremony, the couple enjoyed sunset together…
When Martin embraced Nicolette in his arms and she was humming Ed Sheeran’s song, they swayed in their secret first dance as the sun was setting in the woods behind them.
The reception that followed was full of warm family embraces and lots of toasts for love that lasts forever.
I am so grateful to have been a part of their magical wedding day.
